Proof of identity is required at the time of collection!

Terms of use and right of withdrawal

The trader shall deliver the goods only to the customer who is at least 18 years of age and who has produced proof of age.

Right of withdrawal: 

The customer may request a refund or replacement of the goods for the following reasons (damaged packaging); in this case, the goods must be delivered to our warehouse at Rīgas iela 6, Olaine, Olaines novads, LV-2114, the right of withdrawal expires after 14 days from the moment the customer who placed the order has received the goods for use;

to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform SIA BFOOD , Rīgas iela 6, Olaine, Olaines novads, LV-2114 or by e-mail info.ninne.lv@gmail.com of his decision to withdraw from the goods.

Withdrawal procedure:

In the event of withdrawal, BFOOD Ltd. shall return all payments made by the customer, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal;

the goods must be sent or delivered to BFOOD SIA warehouse at Rīgas iela 6, Olaine, Olaines novads, LV-2114, Latvia without unjustified delay and in any case not later than 14 days from the moment when the customer has informed BFOOD SIA of his decision to reject the goods;

SIA Hermes invest will not accept goods sent back by post because it is not possible to assess the visual appearance, defects and composition of the goods in the presence of both parties at the time of receipt. By sending the goods to the warehouse of BFOOD Ltd. using a courier service, the customer agrees to the act of receipt of the goods on the visual appearance and assembly, drawn up solely by BFOOD Ltd. Any further complaints about the condition of the goods by the customer will be considered as unfounded; in the event that the customer has chosen to return the goods by courier, the customer shall pay for the delivery; the customer is responsible for the quality and preservation of the goods during the withdrawal period; the application for withdrawal may be made in free form in Latvian.

Cases not covered by the withdrawal procedure:

In the cases specified in Paragraph 22 of Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No 255 (20.05.2014) "Regulations on Distance Contract", including:

the price of the goods is linked to fluctuations in the financial market which are beyond the seller's control and which may occur during the period when the possibility of withdrawal exists;

the goods are made to order or personalised;

the goods are perishable or about to expire;

the customer has opened the packaging of the goods, which for health and hygiene reasons cannot be returned

the nature of the goods means that they will be permanently associated with other items after delivery;

the customer has requested the seller or supplier to come and carry out urgent technical repairs or work. If the seller or supplier has visited the customer, performed additional services or supplied goods other than spare parts necessary for the repair or maintenance, the right of withdrawal applies to the additional services or goods specified

the goods are mechanically and/or externally defective, depreciate in value and are no longer saleable.

in the online shop www.ninne.lv the pictures of the goods may differ slightly from the offered goods. CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL HAS A NEGATIVE IMPACT. IT IS PROHIBITED TO SELL, PURCHASE, OR GIVE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES TO MINORS! IT IS FORBIDDEN TO DELIVER (DISPENSE) ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES FROM MONDAY TO SATURDAY BETWEEN 8:00 PM AND 10:00 AM, AND ON SUNDAYS FROM 6:00 PM TO 10:00 AM.

Delivery conditions:

Delivery will by courier.

The costs will be automatically calculated before payment of the goods, based on the volume of the shipment and the delivery address.

The delivery charge depends on the country to which you want the goods delivered.
